Come and be introduced to the ancient art of belly dancing.  Yvette Cartier will be offering an introduction to belly dancing every Monday at 7PM.  During the class we will learn the basics of belly dancing while having a fun workout at the same time.  Bring your friends for a fun time.  Comfortable clothing and shoes recommended.  Bring a hip wrap if you have one or a long scarf to tie around your hips. Also bring some water.

Come down Monday, July 2nd for two different sessions 11:00AM to 12:30PM or 7:00PM to 8:30PM and learn the history behind the “World’s oldest dance” and the moves that make it “today’s hottest craze”. Coin wraps will be provided.  Come down and try this fun, entertaining not to mention great form of exercise.  Ladies, only, ages 15 and up.
