Girls, Ages 9-11

Coordinators:  Lorayne Castiglione

COACHES:

Blue Jays:  Kim Mulligan, Meghan Smith, Margaret Rohde & Allison Rohde

Robins:  Amanda D'Auria, Lisa & Chrissy Belford, Shannon Buruchian, Clare Sweeney

This league is where the girls start to play real games, doing their own pitching, and continuing to learn the different field positions. Last year we only had enough girls for two teams in this  league.  Hopefully this year we will be able to go back to three teams again.  ADULT and/or TEEN UMPIRES (Age 13+) ARE NEEDED FOR THIS LEAGUE - ONLY ONE DAY A WEEK!  Start date:  July 10

The Blue Jays and Robins squared off again in a great night. It was so nice to see how well the girls played and how much fun everyone had. Thanks again to Mr. Cox for helping umpire and to all the girls for demonstrating good sportsmanship and teamwork. See you again on Tuesday!

The Robins and Blue Jays squared off again on a beautiful evening.  Victoria Zaccaria and Colleen Gunning showed off their pitching talents.  Anna Ventor and Katie Woodruff shared great  offensive plays while Riley Runfola and Meredith Kresic rallied the Robins.  Great game girls, see you next week

The Blue Jays and Robins played great last week on a beautiful night. For the Robins, Meredith Kresic and Sarah Loughrey shared pitching honors. Anna Ventor and Simone Marchesin pitched for the Blue Jays, and Anna completed a sharp double play! Thanks again to our step up "dads" Roger Cox and Mark Verrico for umpiring. See you next week
