Athletics Director (5/08)Due to the resignation of Alice Carmody, the Club has an opening this summer for the salaried Athletics Director position.Responsibilities include recruiting, training and coordinating the activities of coaches and program organizers, conducting inventories and ordering of supplies, uniforms, trophies and equipment, preparing Newsette articles highlighting activities and schedules, inspecting athletic facilities and developing work orders, preparing sign-up sheets for enrollments, conducting roster drafts and assigning players to teams, etc. The Director must also establish relationships with parents to resolve any problems and complaints. The Athletics Director works full-time during the months of July and August, and part-time during the pre-season. Please submit a resume and cover letter indicating your background and experience in organizing and conducting athletics programs to Jack McLaughlin, General Manager, at the Highland Lakes Country Club office by May 15, 2007.
