SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 2 at 10 AM- 11:30 AM in the Seckler Room.

This will be the FINAL class of the season.

It has been a pleasure to offer these classes and to

become acquainted with those who have attended.

If you haven't joined us please come and taste this mindful and respectful approach to the ancient practice of Yoga.

Bring a yoga/pilates "sticky" mat.

Arrive early if you need to borrow a mat.

It is also helpful to bring a few firm blankets that can be

folded.

These will be used for comfort and alignment in various

asanas (postures).

and body types; regardless of flexibility.

Wear comfortable, not too loose clothing.

Bring a yoga "sticky" mat and several blankets if you can. Arrive early if you need to borrow a mat.

I am happy to share this wonderful method of an ancient practice.

Iyengar Yoga uses variations and props so that it is suitable for all levels of fitness and flexibility. I invite you all to join us!

Wear comfortable clothing. It is helpful if I can see your legs to check alignment (shorts or leggings are best).

Bring a yoga "sticky" mat. Arrive early if you need to borrow a mat. If you have several blankets please bring them- they can be folded and used to permit a more comfortable and correct asana (posture) in a variety of ways.Class is Sunday, August 12th from 10- 11:30 am in the Seckler Room.

Iyengar Yoga focuses on precise alignment in a safe, systematic approach to this ancient practice.

Adjustments and variations are used to allow ALL students to benefit; regardless of experience, fitness level , flexibility, or body type.

Please wear comfortable but not too loose clothing.

It is important that I can observe your legs for alignment.

Bring a yoga/ pilates "sticky" mat.

If you do not have one arrive early as I bring extras.

It is also helpful to bring a few firm folded blankets.

These can be used to assist in seated postures and Savasana (relaxation).
