Members Rental Information

LAKE ROOM/CLUBHOUSE RULES:

Appropriate attire required at all times, (no wet bathing suits, no bare feet, shirts required).

Children under the age of 16 accompanied by a supervising adult are welcome.

Ride-on toys are not permitted anywhere in the Clubhouse/Lake Room. Strollers and carriages are not permitted

in the Lake Room nor in the hallway outside the Lake Room.

Members can rent the Clubhouse rooms for family oriented gatherings during "off" seasons.

Inquire at the Office for details and scheduling.

 

RENTAL FEES:

Following below are the rental fees associated with each of the rooms and areas available in the Clubhouse.  

I.            Lake Room (includes use of Deck)                            $ 225.00            _______

The rental fees are due with a signed copy of the approved Cluhbouse Rental Agreement. The Family Event date and room(s) will not be held until such time as the signed Agreement and rental fees are received. The Club, at its sole discretion, may cancel any Family Event if the rental fees and signed Agreement have not been received at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the Family Event.

Children's Parties are entertained in the Clubhouse Craft Room Only: A cost of $25 and a security deposit of $25 is charged

for a two-hour party which includes one hour each for set-up and clean-up. Parties are for children ranging in ages from 3 to

12 inclusive. Restricted to a maximum of 25 invited children. Parties are restricted to office hours or when host/hostess is

available. No Alcoholic beverages may be served. Parties from the third week in June through Labor Day weekend must be

requested by Memorial Day and will be permitted only by the Clubhouse Chairperson if there is no conflict with Clubhouse activities.

The Clubhouse Committee has added a new type of rental on a trial basis. This rental addresses the needs of members in good standing to be able to host a party for an organized team for a dinner at minimal cost. We have had the Vernon High School Soccer team gather here for a night before the game pasta party as a trial this past fall. The Committee hopes to continue this service in 2005.
