CALL "911" FOR EMERGENCIES! Highland Lakes Security direct phone number is #4266 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- All Dog Owners Allison LaRocca, Security Manager Be advised security has received many calls regarding dogs running loose, barking dogs and feces NOT being picked up! If you own a dog, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that you take care of your animals. Vernon Township Ordinance states: * that any dog shall not be permitted off your premises without a leash. * no person shall allow any dog in his keeping, custody and control to bark continuously for any period longer than one half hour. * any person owning a dog which defecates upon any property that is not their own must remove all feces immediately and dispose of it. If any member is having continued problems with any of these matters, you may sign a complaint in Municipal Court or you may contact Vernon Animal Control at 973-764-7751. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thoughts from Security Allison LaRocca, Security Officer
PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY ON ALL HIGHLAND LAKES ROADS: In order to protect our walkers, bikers, children playing, pets and other animals, please drive at a slow pace on all of the roadways within Highland Lakes. PLEASE KEEP ALL PETS ON LEASHES: For safety and consideration to others, while walking your pets, please keep them safely on their leash. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PETS: In order to help keep our community clean and beautiful, please clean up after your pets. PLEASE PICK UP LITTER: When you are walking about throughout our community, carry a plastic garbage bag and pick up any litter you see. It will make you and the rest of your neighbors feel good. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Emergency Information Highland Lakes Security would like to remind all members to provide their emergency contact information to the Club. This is to ensure that in case of any type of emergency you or your family members will be contacted as soon as possible. All emergency contact data can be dropped off at the Club Office during office hours.
