Yoga meets the 2nd Saturday of each month in the Seckler Room @ 10AM. Basic breathing, techniques and traditional asanas (postures) to promote health, well-being and a calm mind.  Please bring your own mat, pillow, and/or blanket for your comfort.  Upcoming dates:
